It's hard for me to imagine coaching teachers on two subjects, but then again you elementary teachers are used to the demands of teaching all subjects (vs. me only teaching 6-12 math). I've worked with a few elementary schools that have moved toward subject specialization starting as early as kindergarten. I'm wondering if you have any experience/thoughts about this.
