The Big Four Community Code
The purpose of The Big Four Community is to foster learning, networking, and educational exploration among instructional coaches, educational leaders and the wider educator community. We reserve the right to remove any content or to ban a participant who does not follow the spirit of our community code.
These are our fundamental rules for anyone participating in The Big Four Community:
- Respect: Please treat all other community members with respect. Avoid any personal attacks, slurs, profanity, vulgarity or abuse in your comments. It is expected that group members will be respectful of differing opinions and backgrounds. Healthy disagreement is encouraged. However, anyone making insulting, harassing, or personally disrespectful comments will be asked to desist, and if necessary, will be banned from the network.
- Commercial Content: The purpose of The Big Four Community is for the exchange of information among members. Culturally, hard selling is discouraged by the group. Commercial content is encouraged only when it contributes a resource to a discussion or group.
- Appropriate Content: Please use good common sense when posting content and participating in discussions. This includes, but is not limited to, the following guidelines:
