Where can I find the Big four Research?
It is obvious to me that the BIG FOUR are essential to effective instruction, but is there any place to find the research to show my teachers why they are important?

I found that Jim's book, Instructional Coaching, A Partnership Approach to Improving Instruction, provided a lot of support based on his research in Kansas for the big four.
